I consider the support, services and professionalism offered by Togetherness to be exemplary. Togetherness was efficient and quick in their ability to provide support at short notice. Natalie Speed was able to understand the complexities of the case and match the child with a suitable worker that the child responded to quickly.

Togetherness effectiveness to facilitate support and match the child accordingly meant that the child’s behaviours, self-reporting of their wellbeing dramatically improved. I received positive feedback from parents and who were thrilled with the change in the child’s behaviours and attitude.

Togetherness was very responsive to any questions, they were adaptable to accommodate any changes in circumstances and offered support throughout their time with the family. I consider Togetherness to go above and beyond to support families and highly recommend their services.

Just a review on M respite, I can’t fault Alisha & Liz at all they both have the patience & time with M, M is hard to have a relationship with & takes a lot to open up, now M is starting to open up & have banter with them, he thinks a lot of them both.

Overall I think this company is a success & can’t thank Alisha & Liz enough for keeping on trying as it took M 6 weeks for them to try to get him out house now he looks forward to his time out with them, we are also pleased that the risk of criminal exploitation has reduced from high risk to medium since becoming involved with Togetherness.
